Sandhill crane bites another
A sandhill crane (Grus canandesis) gets a mouthful of feathers while shooing away another sandhill feeding in a field in the Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge, south of Socorro, New Mexico. During the winter months, thousands of sandhills fill the refuge.
